Project Description
MPF Engineering was the largest piping contractor on site by scope of work for the PM3 “Big Bang” upgrade.
The project involved extensive piping installation across multiple systems, including press, film sizer, process and warm water, service air, and water services. Works covered both large-bore and small-bore pipework, delivered within a tightly coordinated upgrade programme.
All pipework was supplied, prefabricated, and installed by MPF Engineering, with significant workshop pre-spooling undertaken to support efficiency and quality control during site execution.

- Largest piping contractor on site by scope
- Press, film sizer, process/warm water, service air, and water systems
- Pipework ranging from 15 NB to 600 NB
- Schedule 10, 316 stainless steel pipe
- Workshop pre-spooling and site installation
