Project Description
MPF Engineering assisted Fulton Hogan at the Rosedale Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with the prefabrication and installation of biogas pipework.
The scope of work included pipe pre-spooling and on-site fitting of 300 NB pipework, carried out in accordance with project specifications and quality requirements. All works were supported by comprehensive quality assurance and inspection processes.
Standards & Quality Assurance
- Pipe pre-spooling and installation of 300 NB biogas pipework
- IFC (Issued for Construction) isometric drawings supplied
- Full QA pack including Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
- Radiographic Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) completed at 10%
- In-house hydrostatic testing carried out
