Project Description
MPF Engineering has been assisting Tetra Pak with valve servicing works at the Fonterra Lichfield site, covering approximately 450 valves across multiple process areas, from the cheese starter room through to whey treatment.
The scope of work included linking service kits to individual valve asset numbers, followed by the removal, inspection, refurbishment, and reinstallation of each valve. All serviced valves were subject to point-to-point operational checks to confirm correct function, with detailed feedback provided on valve condition and performance.
