The $400m Winston Gib Factory project at Tauriko Tauranga utilised multiple contractors from the North Island of New Zealand for two years such was the magnitude.
MPF competence stood out when subcontracted to install B31.8 natural gas piping reticulation onsite with their own certified pressure welders, weld procedure and expertise.
As Project Manager for other piping work, I had no hesitation to engage them after a competitive bid to install hundred of meters of 125 & 150NB powder blowing lines with sweep bends having pre-spooled in their 15th Ave workshop facility.
Management was agile and fully supported with ISO Certified quality systems for all aspects of their operation. All close out activities were administered seamlessly to conclude a difficult work scope in a timely competent and safe manner

MPF were engaged to prefabricate schedule 10 316 stainless pipe for two Fulton Hogan projects at the Rosedale Watercare Wastewater Treatment Plant, sludge and biogas. MPF were engaged for work to be done in the Tasman Annual Shut 22. There were two projects one involving a tank roof replacement and one a piping project. Both were critical path projects that were well planned, managed and delivered within an agreed timeframe. The quality of work was to a high standard and their team worked steadily without the need for any significant supervision. All team members were customer orientated, accommodating any scope changes when requested. MPF adapted seamlessly to the Tasman procedures and safety requirements.
